Step 2 - Vehicle Transportation

• Arrange transport from port to our parking yard
• Ensure proper handling and tracking
• Log each vehicle upon arrival

Step 3 - Vehicle Storage
( up to 3,000 Units )

• Allocate secure storage spaces
• Maintain detailed inventory logs
• Seperate tracking by brand if needed

Step 4 - Storage Maintenance
& Rotation

• Schedule routine battery charging
• Rotate cars to avoid tire damage
• General upkeep (dusting, pressure checks, leak inspection)

Step 5 - Vehicle Identity
& Documentation

• Verify VIN, chassis and engine number with documents
• Confirm the information in the glove box ( owner's manual & number of keys )

Step 6 - Smart Repair Service

• Paint touch-ups
• PDR ( Paintless Dent Removal )
• Scratch and rim repairs
• Glass scratch removal

Step 7 - Exterior Body Inspection

• Perform full exterior foam wash
• Remove all factory stickers and protection films
• Irom remover and clay bar decontamination
• One-step polish and gloss-enhancing sealant

Step 8 - Interior Inspection

• Check all seat adjustments and trims for damage
• Test infotainment, AC, lights, connectivity and sound system
• Interior UV protection spray after cleaning
• Cigar lighter and ashtray

Step 9 - Functional System Check

• Test remote start, central locking, smart key functions
• Run full OBD scan for fault codes
• Verify instrument cluster lights and controls
• Check all electrical switches (wipers, windows, mirrors)
• Check all exterior lights
• Add shampoo to windshield washer reservoir
• Test sunroof, boot and hood operation
• Check cluster boot-up sequence and customization, and horn

Step 10 - Mechanical Inspection

• Disk Skimming (if required)
• Check all fluid levels (oil, brake, coolant, transmission)
• Inspect belts, hoses, and visible cables
• Visual undercarriage leak and damage inspection
• Check AC cooling
• Battery terminal check and grease application
• Ensure all caps and covers are sealed

Step 11 - Tires, Wheels
& Suspension

• Check tire brand, size, pressure and TPMS reset
• Inspect spare tire, jack, and tool kit
• Rim damage and tread depth check

Step 12 - Low Speed Functional Road Test

• Start-up engine idle and RPM check
• Steering alignment and brake pedal feel
• Gear shifting and cabin noise during movement
• Low-speed drive to detect abnormal sounds
• Final exterior wash, tire dressing, and trim polish

Step 13 - Fueling
& EV Charging

• Fueling 20 Liters
• Charging at 65% Capacity

Step 14 - Final Detailing& Handover Preparation

• Interior vacuum, dusting, and fragrance spray
• Glass cleaning outside pl-6 and out
• Final QC photo (interior, exterior, odometer)
• QC Inspector and Supervisor sign-off
• Confirm delivery checklist is included with vehicle file

Step 15 - Final Delivery to Designated Branch
